01 - Combine milk and dried lavender in a small saucepan. Heat gently over low heat until just steaming, not boiling. Remove from heat and let steep for 5 minutes.
02 - Pour mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove lavender buds. Allow the infused milk to cool slightly before proceeding.
03 - In a mixing bowl, whisk powdered sugar with 2.5 to 3 tablespoons of the lavender-infused milk. Add lemon juice if desired for brightness.
04 - Whisk until completely smooth and pourable. Adjust thickness by adding more milk to thin or additional powdered sugar to thicken as needed.
05 - Drizzle or spread the glaze evenly over cooled baked goods. Allow to set for at least 10 minutes before serving.
