# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Whipping it up is so quick, you might find yourself making it twice in a row just for an encore of that first sip.
  • The combination of fresh strawberries and creamy coconut transforms even the most routine afternoon into a festive pause.
02 -
  • If you over-blend after adding ice, your cooler can turn watery instead of creamy and lush.
  • A dash of lime at the very end radically brightened the whole drink—don’t skip it unless you absolutely must.
03 -
  • Full-fat coconut milk gives unmatched creaminess, but if you want it lighter, use a light version for a still-lovely drink.
  • If making ahead, store in the fridge up to two hours and always give it a gentle stir before serving for maximum freshness.
